So.. for our upcoming trip (March 2020), my mom would like to take us all out for a nice dinner to celebrate a few of our birthdays. I was thinking California Grill and then the fireworks, but that got me wondering if there were other, similar options out there. So a nicer restaurant and some sort of “event” attached to it (like the fireworks...). There will be 11 of us ranging in age from 14 - 80 (one on a scooter). Thanks for any help!

California Grill is a great idea. If you are looking for a nice restaurant that offers an event also, the only other one I can think of is Narcoossee's. You can view the fireworks from there and the food is really good.

I agree with California Grill or Narcooosee. Another thought is Flying Fish at the Boardwalk and you can walk over to Epcot to see the nighttime show afterwards (barring that you have park tickets that day for it).

try the intimate dining experience with butler at the GF; you get to see the fireworks after dinner right from your seats; we did it last august and it was magical!!!

Thank you for the suggestions!

There is also the new Topolino's that will be on the rooftop of the Riviera resort. You will see both Epcot and HS fireworks from there

Tiffins is a really phenomenal dining experience and it might be fun to do the Rivers of Light package there.

Oh. man...these are all really great ideas! We’ve had a plot twist though... it looks like the new Cirque show is going to be in previews while we are there. My mom loved La Nouba, so I snagged tickets for us. It’s a 5:30 show... I’m assuming 90 minutes???? Any suggestions for dining afterwards??

If you are now just looking for a restaurant where your family can enjoy being with each other and having good food, I would suggest Turf Club at Saratoga Springs. You can take the boat over from the dock near Paradiso 37.

I'll second this suggestion. I was pleasantly surprised with the Turf Club when we ate there last year.

I will check it out! Thank you!

So if you want to stay @ DS post show, there’s STK for high-end steak, Jaleo for a choice of small plates and entrees, and the Edison will give you a steam punk experience though we have found the food meh.
