We will have one "adults only" dinner on our upcoming trip. We both love fresh seafood and have eaten at Flying Fish in the past (love it!). Have read more positive reviews about Citricos since the new manager took over. Opinions, anyone?

I vote Citrico's because of exactly what you've heard about the new chef. Also, Citrico's is probably a better bet for a quiet dinner, since the Flying Fish is at the busy Boardwalk.

Just my opinion...

Thanks for the input.........it is comfortable to stay with the "tried and true" but needed encouragement to branch out and explore other options!

BTW: Like your racing pic....my guy is Harvick but Sadler sure is looking good so far this year :D

Cirtico's has good fish options from the appetizers to the entrees. I had a really great salmon dish while I was down there a few days ago. The crab cake appetizer was delicious. They also have good selections for land-lubbers.

..with FF during our last stay. Food was great but service was (at best) inattentive. We are trying Citricos this trip.

Citrico's, especialy since you've already done FF.
I can recommend the Honey-Paprika Pork Tenderloin, if it's still a menu item.

I vote for Citricos. I went two weeks ago for the second time; my parents also celebrated their anniversary there at my recommendation in January. The restaurant nis a lot cozier, the food exemplary, and the service outstanding. in fact, the service is so good that it made the food taste just a bit better than ita lready was.

Flying Fish is wonderful, but the service is erratic. You might be unlucky and get a distracted server. I know this can happen at any restaurant, but Citricos seems to work a little harder at preventing it

My DW and I really like Flying Fish. We have never had a bad experiience there. I especially love their potato wrapped red snapper and the banana Napoleon for dessert. However after reading Mike's review of Citrico's, we will have to try it on our next visit to WDW, especially since we have yet to dine there. :D

Definitely Citrico's, and you must try the shrimp with white wine and feta appetizer. Mmmmmmmm!!!! :)
