We have a cousin who was just diagnosed with Celiac disease. She can't eat anything that contains wheat. I'm amazed at all the things she cannot eat. She can't even drink cola because wheat is in the coloring.
They are wanting to go to WDW next summer. It won't be their first trip to WDW, but their first dealing with a special diet. She knows I spend a lot of time on these boards and asked me if anyone else with a special diet had any advice for her. If anyone thinks they could help with advice of what to eat or where, we'd appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
