Special Coffee & Tea

I was just curious about the pressed coffee and the $6.00 special tea selections that are offered at a few places.
Are these included in the Dining Plans, as long as they are non-alcoholic?

I was also wondering if there are locations that do not serve ice water as part of the meal and force you to purchase bottled water?

We ate dinner at Kona Cafe a few weeks ago and our waitress offered the fact that we could use one of our beverages for a pressed pot of Kona coffee with our dessert. We did and it was mmmmmmmmmmmm !

I cant imagine anywhere would refuse you iced water either

I'm VERY sure Disney has a policy that they will give out for free cups of ice and/or water (tap only) at any restaurant or snack stand (does not include the ones that only carry bottles) if you ask. I don't see why this wouldn't translate to meals on the dining plan.
