Does universal have special pins like disney that say first visit or happy birthday or anything.

They have I'm Celebrating buttons that have a blank where you can write in whatever you're celebrating. They also have Happy Birthday buttons too. Guest Services at the front of the park definitely have them, though some stores may have them as well.

If staying onsite at deluxe they have them at the front desk or concierge desk.

We were wearing out Disney ones and the cashier brought us new ones
