Special birthday treats?

We will be at WDW on my DH's birthday. I think I've heard that there are special things I can arrange in advance. Does anyone know of anything? TIA.

Also if you want something special, than prepare, and arrange it... for example, many places will bring out a cupcake - but on the actual birthday I called disneydining and they gave me the number of the resteraunt and I called them to purchase a small birthday cake (as little and as simple as $12) At the Grand Floridian places, you can pre order the slipper dessert for $14, or some very elobarate and more expensive birthday cakes, again I read and looked at pictures from the Dis' restaurant board, then called disney dining, then discussed it with the special dining number they gave me!!
