Special beverages included in DDP 2018

For all of us that visited WDW in 2018 with DDP, could you please explain their experience with the new inclussion in the DDP of special beverages? What kind of beverages are now included?

If it was possible, it could be helpful that you explain what concret special beverage asked for and in what restaurant.
