As a special “thank you,” the Disneyland Resort is inviting members of our Annual Passholder family to experience an exclusive evening of fun and magic in Disneyland park. Join us Wednesday, Oct. 12, or Monday, Oct. 17, from 8 p.m. until midnight for a special, private performance of Mickey’s Soundsational Parade featuring:

An up-close look at the parade floats.
Meet-and-greet photo opportunities with some favorite Disney Characters.
The chance to enjoy select attractions, stores and restaurants in Tomorrowland, Fantasyland and Main Street, U.S.A.

Anyone doing this or gone to one of these before? I already RSVPed because I love the Parade and going after work on weekdays, so I jumped at the chance to see something special.

Not sure if they're really going to follow thru with what Al Lutz posted last week on MiceChat - he suggested this party would be for AP'ers that don't come often.

I agree I wonder how they will pick this one. Seemed like for the ST preview everyone got in.


I'm also curious about how the parade will look at night. If it's good it seems more likely that the Electrical Light Parade would come back to DCA not DL.

The way things are scheduled right now, it looks like the parade is being used as the nighttime show on weekdays without fireworks/Fantasmic, so there should be plenty of opportunities to see it in the dark once Daylight Savings time ends.

I wonder how they are giving out the tickets, by when someone rsvped or by looking for a certain demographic. I emailed pretty shortly after they announced it and still haven't heard back. I got like once a month, so if they are looking for those who aren't going as often, maybe that's why?

It's not a contest, its a special event for select AP holders...What criteria they use is up to them, although its killing me not knowing yet if I will be one of the AP holders chosen!!

it's a contest to see if you are one of the lucky few they pick to go that night. I have been to servarl disney park blog events. It is always a blast.
