We sail Disney quite frequently and have never heard of this.

I decided to try it out and we are in! Not sure what to expect. Does something get sent to the cabin when any events are taking place?

We will be boarding the Magic this Saturday. I hope I can get info before Saturday as I am not sure I will be back on here.

Unfortunately there seems to be very little interest in the precruise tour of the theater - looks like it will be Kevin and I all alone with a guide

I bet there would be a TON of interest in a pre-cruise Dis meet (for those cruising and those not lucky enough to be able to go this time... I, for one, would trek myself in from NJ for it

The night of Friday 8/24 would work.

We'll be happy to show up at a meet.

Wish I could do this, but DU already has us booked for two weeks at WDW in September, and that's where our vacation budget is going this year.

I only got what I saw on here a list of events. By the time that cruise rolls around I will be on the Magic for a month already and hope I don't forget. That is why I was wondering if something will be sent to the cabin as a reminder.

I would have loved to do the whole pre cruise thing, but I will already be onboard and won't be able to join in the festivities.
