We were at MK today! Won Dream Fastpasses! It was absolutely awesome! We did an Illuminations cruise last night - it wasn't quite the same as the Magic- but it was really incredible!

We aren't too far from getting our cruise docs, are we? Time will fly!

I know. I suppose it is only another 10 days or so to go. I just find that for some reason I do not have my usual patience. I suppose part of the problem is that some people on this cruise found out very early and then there was nothing until now. The irony is that I normally never know the room number until I check in when I go on vacation and that is fine by me, but this time it is really getting to me. I suppose deep down I am still worried that DCL will turn around and say" We don't have a stateroom for you after all."
Tomorrow my supplies for the FE gifts will hopefully arrive and then I can use my nervous energy for creative purposes.

Corrina, when they dont have room for you you will get a nice call, from the friendly people at DCL and or your TA, Perhaps offering you on a longer cruise with a cabin upgrade, and or shipboard credit, or knocking you down to the 4 night, and so on!


But dont worry be happy this does not happen all that often...

And with you Traveling across the pond, I can almost say with some certaintity, it would not be you!

or atleast that is what i would look at if i worked for DCL.

Okay....I know I said in the winter that I hate SNOW...but I think I HATE rain even more!!!!! We had a torrential downpour last night and part of our basement flooded...thank goodness for our shop vac....I think we "shop vac"ed almost 80 gallons of water from our basement.....it took us over 1.5 hours....luckily the flood happened in a part of our basement that is used for storage and most of our stuff is kept in plastic (Rubbermaid) containers.....

Oh yea, I'M A CASTMEMBER NOW!!!!! I just got hired at my local Disney Store. Will probably work at 10-15 hours a week. I'm so excited. I figured if I'm going to work extra hours, it might as well be something that I love and someting fun

Congrats on becoming a CM. I did it for 5 years, until we were sold to Childrens Place. I hope you guys get all the benefits back, and if so, I bet you cruise even more with the discount. My DH always said I could be in the worst mood but when I came home from working at TDS I was always happy. Way to go, I know I was so proud to be accepted into the Disney family, and I am sure you are too.

If you get your ID before the cruise, you can get discounts on the ship so get that picture taken as soon as you can.

Making mine now, just wanted to know if we have a final count or when the final count will be. I don't want to leave anyone out and I will make a few extra. Is it still 105 cabins???

Oh yea, I'M A CASTMEMBER NOW!!!!! I just got hired at my local Disney Store. Will probably work at 10-15 hours a week. I'm so excited. I figured if I'm going to work extra hours, it might as well be something that I love and someting fun

Okay....I know I said in the winter that I hate SNOW...but I think I HATE rain even more!!!!! We had a torrential downpour last night and part of our basement flooded...thank goodness for our shop vac....I think we "shop vac"ed almost 80 gallons of water from our basement.....it took us over 1.5 hours....luckily the flood happened in a part of our basement that is used for storage and most of our stuff is kept in plastic (Rubbermaid) containers.....

Oh Elaine! I'm so sorry!

We are just now getting much needed rain tonight... I'm so glad you had things in containers!

Very good day today. Got a lot accomplished.
Main thing was a trip to the county fair for the grandkids.
Grandson did not make the finals in his 4H projects. Still did good.
Granddaughter won blue ribbons in her group (2nd grade) for her exhibits in cooking and sewing.
Her next project in sewing? She is going to make a Fish Extender for us.

I like the fairs. Healthy foods like porkburgers, elephant ears and buttery corn on the cob. Yum.
