I made fried chicken and macaroni cheese.
White Chocolate and Macadamia Nut cookies for dessert.

Wow, what I wouldn't give for a temp of 53. It was 101 here today, and right now at 8:30 it is still in the 90's.

Gee Bob could have given you tons of mint....Mom and I took out a huge section of mint a few years ago....the smell lingered for a LONG time after the mint was gone (me no like mint!!!)...

Extremely hot here too....temps reached 103 with the humidex....stayed inside in the a/c all day watching season 1 of The Love Boat on DVD.....it was so KEWL to see the ship...I used to think it was the ultimate in a vacation...cruising....and guess what...for all my Panama Canal buddies The Love Boat cruised out of San Pendro.....the port we sailed into back in May 2005!!!!!!!

Also there was a pretty good 60's review on PBS last Thursday, some old groups, fun to see. There was a reunion, of the Assoication.

Everything is good here - listening to Jimmy online. Riding everyday on the weekends and will start riding several evenings during the week soon. Looking forward to our cruise in July.
