I kinda laugh now when I see that picture because my Mom looks so much order than she does now.....I took her to my hairdresser and asked him to give my Mom a hip new hairstyle and here is a picture of Mom from WDW this past Christmas....I think she looks so much younger.

Just in case you haven't heard, we had an Earthquake in the UK last night. I had just finished reading in bed when I heard a faint rumble which quickly grew. It felt as though the house was moving along the street.

My son Alex was also awake and he rushed into our bedroom really excited :rolleyes1 Helen who was sleeping woke-up and angrily told me to stop shaking the bed:rotfl2:

When it stopped I looked out of the bedroom window and there were lights goin on in our neighbours houses.

Here's a link to the BBC if you are interested.#

I was wondering how much of the earthquake you had felt . . . it was centered about 150 miles north of London, right?

WOW! Glad you and your family are ok!

David!

Glad to hear you are OKAY!

Wow! What a way to start the morning!

WOW! Glad you and your family are ok!

We're all fine thanks - UK isn't use to this sort of thing (actually, there's around 200 quakes a year in the UK but they are VERY small). It's all over the news and everyone was talking about it in work.

Let's hope for a quieter night tonight:laughing:

David

That's right !

We are about 70 miles south east of the epicentre.

David

I quoted your post here regarding the quake on the PC repo thread since some were wondering how our friends from the UK were after hearing about the quake . . . many expressed how happy they were to hear you and your family were fine . . .

I wonder if you will get any aftershocks? Is there a known fault where the epicenter was or is this a real anomaly?

There were minor aftershocks around 4:00am this morning but they passed un-noticed.

David

I've been writing promotion reports for two of my members of staff this evening and I just finished them at 11:00pm.

I can now go to bed and hope that tonight is slightly more restful than last night.;)

Goodnight everyone.

David

David....we heard about the earthquake on our news this morning and immediately said to my Mom..."I wonder if it was anywhere near where David and his family live?" Glad to hear you are all okay....
