Do you know what the criteria to qualify for the free dining is?

Thanks a bunch!

I actually upgraded to the Deluxe dining plan. This is the first time on a dining plan, so I figured I'd do it right. 11 meal inclusive days counting the cruise! popcorn::
I can't wait to stay on property again :yay:

Sorry, this was off the cruise topic, but it is pre/post cruise lodging info :rolleyes1

Awesome! My DD will be 8 on the 19th of this month. (She is very excited that her birthday is almost here!) This is our 2nd cruise. She met a couple of girls via snail mail and email from our cruise in 2006 and they were instant pals when they finally met in person.

Where in Florida are you? We're in Lee County.

Hey ladies, we're also on this sailing.

My youngest will be 8 on June 1st, and is very excited about it. She'll tell you all about it if you give her any chance at all...

We're also repeaters and live outside Tampa...

She doesn't know about the trip yet (although we've gone every year for the last six, so she probably can figure out the pattern...).

Forgive me if this has already been discussed here, but does anyone know what night will be what on our cruise? I'm thinking we will have one formal night, pirate night, and the rest would be cruise casual, but then I'm just guessing. And how will they figure out which for each night?

Okay...off to Niagara Falls to see Engelbert Humperdink tonight....Mom is excited!!!!!

Elaine, Happy Humperdinking.

That guy is still performing? Wow.

Yes Bob...Engelbert is still performing....actually celebrating 40 years of touring....and get this...78 albums!!!!!! The concert on Thursday was actually Engelbert's 70th birthday!!!!!

...and....

Okay...I can't believe I am going to admit this...but the concert was great. Engelbert is a true performer.....talk about class - I have never seen someone look sooooooo good in a tuxedo....but it probably cost $$$$$$$. It looked just as good after 1.5 hours as it did when he walked out on stage. Mom had a great time....felt like she was back 30 years when she and my Dad went to see him. It was funny to see the make up of the audience - lots of younger people with their parents or grantparents.

It was also pretty scary that I knew most of the words to his songs.....I guess I didn't realize just how much my Mom used to listen to his records when I was younger.

Elaine, last week you were stripping, now this one you are body painting.:lmao:

yup...my new hobbies....only you would think that way Bob!!!!!

The painting is almost done....just have the crown moulding and a chair to paint.....I will post pictures once everything is done.

OMG how horrible! What a tragedy! How is your son taking it? :grouphug: My boys are 15 & 17 (lacrosse players, too). They lost a classmate a couple of months ago. Heartbreaking!

He is a confused and lost. It is so hard to understand. This is a kid that would have been last on your list of most likely to..... He was a great kid. My thoughts are with your boys too. Laxlad is 17 also. They are way too young.

So very sad! :grouphug:

I had called DCL and had a question about Palo. This CM was so nice she offered to tell me what nights Formal and Pirate nights are. She then worked out my dinning arrangement even though it's not guaranteed. I posted it earlier but I don't mind doing it again. The nights in Bold are confirmed and probably will not change.

1. Parrot Cay
2. Lumiere's
3. Pirate Night
4. Formal Night(regular rotation)
5. I believe our 5th night will be the Bon Voyage dinner if we have one or just a repeat of a rotation.

Thanks for posting that! I must have been mia when you posted the first time. That helps alot!

It's no problem. Like I said the Rotation probably won't be the same for everyone. We are doing late dinning and there is only my boyfriend and I. The Cast Member told me the they usually have adults on late dinning start with Parrot Cay. But at least I can help you with Pirate and Formal night.

It is nights 3 and 4 that I am interested in. My DS and DDIL want to do Palo and this way, I can tell them when to make ressies so they don't miss those nights. They may opt for brunch.

:sad1: :sad1: :sad1: I am crushed!

oh Bob....I'm so so sorry......I should have said "I have never seen a 70 year old look sooooooo good in a tuxedo"....

I must admit Bob....you, Scott, Peter, Bob, Joe, Bill and all the other Dis guys do clean up nicely....will you please forgive me....

Remember Bob when they used to ask you how things are, and now they ask you how things were....LOL

Good morning. My flights are booked as is the hotel near the airport for the night before the special cruise. Now all I have to do is book a hotel near the port for the night between the cruises. This is really happening! :yay: :yay:

Bob...I don't blame ya either.....Mom and I will miss seeing you and Lisa....you were the first Dis person I ever actually met.....Enjoy your trip to Russia.

P.S. Did you ever tell Lisa what you were planning??????

No, Elaine, I have not told her yet. I'm afraid if I tell her, that she won't do the trip to Russia!;) I will probably tell her once we have finalized everything for Russia, and officially cancelled the cruise.

I just can't bring myself to cancel my reservation just yet!:sad2:

Ok we are home!!!!

Weather in Fla was awesome!!!

Was nice to see a bunch of folks at the party!

I have updated the roster !

Now to the lawn mower!
