Had a great Mother's Day yesterday... Elaine, Margaret and Shari all joined us at our daughter Erin's (you remember Bridezilla!) for dinner. Mike (son-in-law) cooked up some great Italian food and even made us Palo Chocolate souffle for dessert. I knew giving him that Disney Cookbook would pay off!! YUM!

Joe and Mike saw the new Star Trek movie on Saturday... Joe said it was pretty good. I will wait for the DVD....
