We had a busy time with Gwen and Brandon for the past 3 days. Joe hid all the Easter eggs last night, for the BIG HUNT this morning. Dad even walked outside to join the hunt with everyone... with no cane. He mad out well. Joe and I cooked a big breakfast with French toast, fresh strawberries, fluffy scrambled eggs, bacon, and crispy scrapple (not healthy but tasty with a bit of syrup) YUM! Of course, being with family is the best thing ever.

Hope Everyone is enjoying the day. Sunny but a bit cool here in NJ.

Had a great long weekend in Lakeland and Orlando. the Portofino is as wonderful as ever and Trace Adkins did not disappoint!

If I think too long about what's in it (everything but the squeal of the pig) I won't eat it either!

Joe and I were in the middle of getting ready to prepare Easter breakfast for the family when everyone decided to hunt for Easter eggs. We all rushed out the door to join in the fun. When we came back inside, the half eaten scrapple package was on the floor. Now raw scrapple... not even I can fathom that! The other dog found the egg shells. Both lived! You gotta be quick.

We purchased our tickets for October... no sale prices, but at least we're planning our trip. Will be at Mouse Beach 10/22 evening to 10/27 afternoon
