Good Evening All.

With my baby brother Frank and his wife.

Scott....It's Five O'Clock Somewhere! Thanks.:thumbsup2

Pole dancing classes- Icunurse Celeste ~~ Come learn the art of Pole dancing. Classes to be held in the Roy O. Disney Suite. :rotfl: :thumbsup2
To be held on the Nassau Day!!
Celeste, I'm not much of a dancer, but can I watch?:cool2:

Thanks to everyone who offered condolences. Dana was a cool guy who liked to live life to the fullest. He will be missed by all of us who knew him.

Finally.....just enjoying the beautiful evening out listening to a cd I got 11 months ago. It's all about Tiki Bars, Fruitcakes and One Particular Harbour. Great with a beverage or two.

Everyone have a great weekend.

Funeral for a friend of mine today. He had a massive heart attack saturday.
He was a very active person. Hiked, biked and camped. He loved to travel.
Here's the kicker....he was younger than me.

So it makes you think to enjoy each and every day
Enjoy each and every person you know and meet.
(this was not meant to be a downer)

Everyone have a great week.

You are right there Bob, you have to enjoy each and every day because you never know what is around the corner. Sorry to hear about your friend.

We had a nice visit with Bob and Cheryl, they are off to Florida now :sad1: We had some great food last Thursday, a Wisconsin favorite fish fry last Friday and the traditional Wisconsin summer favorite beer brats, beer and corn on the cob :goodvibes Ok, we did more than just eat :lmao:

Yep, we did have a great visit with Tracy and Bill. We are back in Florida, walked into a house with a temp of 90 degrees, lol. AC circuit breaker went out while we were gone.

We tried some great restaurants in Tracy's neighborhood, and then they made us brats and corn on the cob for our last night there. Delicious!!!!.

Thanks again Tracy and Bill! Hope to see you both again soon!

Welcome aboard to all of you who joined us while Bob and I were on vacation. Happy to have you with us!

Cheryl & Bob: glad you had a good time on vacation. welcome back home, even tho it was a home "warming" - :rotfl:

Welcome aboard to all the newcomers.....it's looking like the Dis'ers will be taking over the Magic again!!!!!!

Cheryl....Are you and Bob heading to WDW for the Food & Wine Festival this year? Mom and I will there from Sept 29 - Oct 12 for the start of the Festival and to meet up with our tablemates from the Panama Canal cruise as well as Georgie & Joe and Leslie & Joe.

For those that know me...since the Panama Canal crossing cruise, I have been slowly adding permanent Disney artwork on my body (or as Bob (BobandLee) calls it "permanent reminders of a temporary feeling")....well here is the latest one I had done yesterday....that now brings my Disney tattoo total to 5.

Have to head up to Lakeland to take care of the grandaughters in a few days..so maybe when I get back.

Cheryl....Are you and Bob heading to WDW for the Food & Wine Festival this year?

Elaine,

Yep we are planning on heading up for Food and Wine fest, probably a couple times. We will see if we can't work out a time for a quick meeting.
Who were your tablemates on your Panama cruise?

Love the tattoo!

that sounds like a great plan.

I leave on Wednesday for a cruise on the Wonder and then coming home and flying out to SLC to visit Linda (seaulater) and then we are flying out to DL to get together with some other cruisers.

Then two days after I get home, my sister is flying in and we are going on the Wonder again.

So after Sept. 18th, that would be great.

I am working at Holy Cross Hosp. as a volunteer in the home health care/audit clerical dept. and having a really good time. Dr. gave me the OK to see if I could do it and how long each day. I go in three mornings a week. It is going really well. If I don't feel like it or have a bad day, I just call up and don't go in.

We'll just keep in touch. Have a good time with your g/DDs.

Kay!

Aren't you the busy one! :goodvibes So glad you're getting all that cruising in! Will you also be taking Member Cruise?

Say hi to Linda for me. She really gets around! You'll be able to see a lot of friends in DL. Cheer them on for us as they run the marathon over Labor Day weekend! :cheer2:

Bob!

We did Cracker Barrel this morning for Breakfast! French toast with cherries and whipped cream! Yum! Then we went out to a local German restaurant for dinner. The Wurst Special was amazing. Potato pancakes, red cabbage and spatzel with gravy. Okay, I'm tired now from all that food!:thumbsup2

Janis... September's looking good for a Table 12 mini meet!!! You + Rom + me + Joe. :yay:

Elaine!

Your addition looks GREAT!!! :woohoo: How many folks have signed up for the Jammie Breakfast?

To all newcomers... our group is organizing a Pajama Breakfast on our 5 night cruise. Sign up with Elaine! She's the one making reservations for us.

Happy weekend to all!

Georgie....so far 34 have signed up for the Jammie Breakfast....

For all the newcomers, here's the details.....

Hey Bob, I we just watch do we have to bring dollar bills or can we put that on our key to the world card????:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Busy day yesterday:

Morning run was 7.5 miles with a solid 12 Min Mile pace. I am feeling good about the DL ½.

Went to the local Farmers Mkt, and picked up 4 trees, and 6 six shrubberies, ( got extra shrubberies in the event we run into a Knight that says Nik…) got ythose puppies planted and staked out. Ya gotta stake them with supports or they will blow away. We also got some nice produce and bread.

The Extreme Makeover crew is here in Cheyenne this week, doing a place about a mile up the road from us. They are rebuilding a house and adding a kennel, it is for a private critter rescue shelter. KEWL!!!!, If they use the opening scene they were filming at the Farmers Mkt, my pick up might be in the opening. Wonder if it is worth more, Look for the maroon ¾ ton ext cab, Dodge, with a Mickey Antenna Topper.

I was going to make Fish Tacos for diner last night but friends called and we went out for a great burger.

I have work today in Denver and Lynn can go with me so we will make a day of it, thinking about trying to get to the Denver Zoo.

Getting cooler here so it might be heading east to you all folks east of us.

We returned from our Med cruise last night and had a wonderful time. I rebooked this cruise on board, saved ~$200 and received $100 stateroom credits for each room. They are offering 10% and $100 stateroom credit.

Now that I am back from the Med, I can now concentrate on this cruise and be more active on this thread.

Good Morning All.

Yes Scott, it has been a bit cooler. Thank goodness. Yesterday was really nice. Went to the Farmer's Market and then to Indianapolis. Did the Monon Trail there and walked thru the Broad Ripple area.
Cheryl, you'd like it there. It's an artsy place with a bunch of bars and restaurants. :thumbsup2 Kinda like Key West of the north.:lmao:
Took Belle to the Three Dog Bakery after the trail. The trail is an old rail bed that travels north south thru the northern half of Indianapolis.

Today we are heading out for a picnic at the park.

Could not let this pass.....
