I love a 2 week vacation!

If You wish to share / Post a little more info
Such as Dining

I agree with you about the 2-week vacation. We took one this year. It totally rocked!!!! One week at SSR and then a week on the Magic.

Andy (xabearx) and I are on late seating. We're in a category 9, deck 2.

We are in the main dining group.

Unrelated question: Anyone ever notice the weird smell outside the side entrance to Lumiere's/Triton's? I think that's near where the galley is, but that smell is (thankfully) much worse than any of the food I've had onboard. Thoughts?

Never noticed anything.

We are always too happy to be on the ship with all our great friends!

Hey Bob today I just got the new Eric Stone CD, I like it. He sent a nice note telling me he was sorry for the delay, musta been a US Mail problem.

Kinda has a Beach Boy/Ventures kinda undertones on a few cuts.

I was hoping he would be at the DEMA show next month.

Gland to hear that you liked it. I think I might just order it.

Man he gets around. Las Vegas on the 9th and Key West on Halloween.

Ok...I have paid our deposit and we are confirmed in cabin #7534 and the second dining. We sailed with many of you on the 11 night Southern Caribbean last year and look forward to sailing with you again. I recently sailed on the West Bound TransAtlantic without my family but with some friends that I met on the 11 night cruise last year.

We are on the EB Panama Canal as of right now....but may have to cancel due to conflicts. That will be determined later. :sad1:

Welcome aboard Pam.

Bob, I think Eric Stone is offering free shipping for a few more days. I over herd his name mentioned on Radio Margarittaville.

Good Morning all, Hope you all have a great weekend. Later this morn, we are off to the farmers Mkt, to get some stuff, bread and fruit, then a 5K run for the local schools, then a Geo Cache meet. We have never done a geo cache event so that should be interesting.

Weather looks like it will be great today. Have a good one.

I have a question for everyone regarding the Jammie Breakfast....

Since we only have 2 sea days on the 5 night.....do you think we should forget about the jammie breakfast???? The reason I ask is that I figure DCL will be having the character breakfasts on the sea days and also a lot of people will probably want to do Palo brunch....which would also happen on a sea day....so I'm thinking...that maybe it just isn't a good idea for the 5 night cruise....what do you all think???????

Elaine, Just an idea, maybe use topsiders, get the port side, folks can come and go, as they wish. Just a variation.

Had a great day, Farmers Mkt for some nice pastries veggies and fruit, saved for later, 5K race, I got a PB (personal best) at 32 min flat, felt good about that, Lynn did great also, she is starting run a little more with her walking. Funny how one’s perspective changes, after the ½ at DL, we looked at the distance and said it’s only 5 K. Not a problem.

The Geo Cache event was rather fun. Drove to most of the locations in the event, I would have rather have walked or ran to them, met some nice folks. Weather could not have been better, sunny and warm, supposed to chill off tomorrow and into the week.

We will be grilling some Italian Sausages for dinner tonight, with peppers and onions. Tomorrow I will make homemade breakfast burritos for breakfast. I might just have a glass wine tonight.

Replay of Jimmy Buffett’s Sept 5th concert on Radio Margarittaville.

Elaine, we only have one day at sea. We have two stops at Castaway Cay and one day at Nassau. Scott's idea is great. We are going to have trouble doing everything we've done in the past due to the lack of time. JMO.

oh man....how could I forget the 2 stops at Castaway Cay....okay...I think we might have to go with Scott's suggestion....will wait and see...

Elaine, Yes it was a Canadian Concert, KEWL!!! Toronto
