Speaking of getting sick - any use

Zicam? It is a liquid nasal spray that you use immediately when you feel a cold starting to come on and it shortens the length of the cold. I used it before my wedding when I felt one coming on and I swear it helped. I am going to buy the bottle of nasal spray (it is thick - like a gel) and I bring some q-tips, and then if we start with a cold I put some on the Q-tips and do each nose. That seems to work better for us. They also sell pre-packaged q-tips with the stuff right on them.

So, has anyone else tried this stuff? I don't want to be sick (or have my family sick) on our trip!!

We always use it before and after air travel. One dose before flight and one dose the next morning after flight. I was one of those who always got sick when flying and since using this I've not gotten sick once!

I swear it works for me........but do find that I get a nose bleed if I use it for more than 2 days.

Yes I got it at Walmart, or CVS kind of store. Mine was in a white and red box, and is a nasal spray bottle. HTH!

Thanks, I just got some at Rite aid, and they had quick dissolve tablets also, which is what I decided on.
