Spas at Resorts?

We have a group of about eight that would love to have a spa day during our trip. This will be our 20th trip but first time looking for a spa. So my questions are:

1. Is there a list of which resorts have spas?
2. Can you go to any resort's spa even if you are a guest at a different resort on property?
3. Or should we be looking off property for this outting?

1. There's a Senses Spa at both the Grand Floridian and Saratoga Springs resorts. Dolphin also has a Mandara Spa.
2. You can book at and use any.

We went to Senses at the Grand Floridian and greatly enjoyed it. You get use of the spa all day of your bookings. We booked an early morning treatment, relaxed around the spa, left for lunch but then came back and relaxed some more around the spa before our dinner at Victoria & Albert's.

Go to "things to do" on the Disney site. It is detailed. We do this every year. Love it.

AKL, CSR and YC also offer some spa treatments.

The Four Seasons spa is excellent. It's technically on Disney property, a fairly quick/cheap Uber ride from other Disney resorts.
