Sparrow Outfit Codes Still Being Given Out

I played the pirates code game a gazillion times a couple of nights ago and decided to enter the codes tonight. I got a Sparrow outfit! I think I had about 160 codes and have entered something like 2000 or 3000 codes total since the game opened.

So, don't give up yet, the codes are still being given out.

I will continue to play the game off and on and will enter codes. I hope to win the outfit for as many friends as I can. Really. I get quite a few credits from selling the monkeys, organs and posters back to VMK.

Something I forgot to say, I play the game using the link that takes you to the Turkish Prison entrance. I do not collect the items. After I get a VMK code, I put my cursor where the URL is displayed at the top of the browser window and hit enter to reload the page.

A C D C A A A G G F... I can't believe how many times I have played that organ. I'll leave my personal version of the lyrics to your imagination. A hint: it's just one word and the same word sung to each note.

On a funny side note:

I just told my DH, as we were reading this, that we should both get gold stars since we have been helping people get this suit all this time!

We play that god awful pirate's game to get that 4,999 codes , just to help the next person get that single 5000th code for the sparrow suit!.

im not to crazy about geting it even though im working on an offer and i get codes now and then i think of it this way

the game will give more and more codes until its realy not that rare

Well, it probably still only gives the Sparrow code out only once per 5000 codes. I think there are quite a few people like me that have basically given up.
Besides that, for me, it just uses too much of my pc's resources and I can't do anything else while waiting for the screens to load on that stupid, boring game. Even from the organ shortcut, it still takes quite a while for me to even get 1 lousy code.

Tedium doesn't even begin to describe this game. I hesitate to even call it a game, it's worse than watching coal turn into diamonds. "Playing" it for the first time wasn't even fun. Maybe it's some psychological experiment to see how long we will put up with being tortured just to win a virtual pirate outfit?

LOL, I thought the same thing.

And the lizard throwing the rings is like some kind of slow torture. It was easy but so boring (it's really the kind of game I would think they would do for a child) that I got up in the middle of it to get a drink and "forgot" to go back to it. I still haven't figured out the different in free play and puzzle.

By the way, my purpose for posting this info was to give you all a glimmer of hope by verifying the costume code is still available.

I "play" this B.F. Skinner experiment when I'm in lines for host games or if I'm on the computer when VMK is closed. I save the codes in a file. I enter the codes when I have time.

Hopefully I will win some more costumes!

Congrats Q! I can agree with you on the above statement the first time I played the game and the many times after it was boring. But when the movie came out, I played it over and over and did not even get a tad bored. I enjoyed clicking on the characters and seeing what they said and how it matched the movie. Now when I can't go see the movie I play that game! O how I love pirates
