SPAM filters for email?

we use eudora as our email program..we keep getting these emails lately with really gross subjects and from gross sounding addresses..I keep adding everyone to our filter program..but they just keep on coming..is there another filtering program that I can add to our existing one to keep out these unwanted emails?..thanks in advance!

I have been usingMail Washer Pro for some time now, after reading about it here, and am quite pleased with it. Not a totally complete answer, but is sure helps.
