Space under bed?

Does anyone know how much space in under the bed for suitcases...I know mine will fit because it is collapsable but I need to know for my friends luggage...thanks

I don't know the actual measurements, but we fit 4 medium sized suitcases under the bed. Ours are the kind that had the space extender (or whatever it's called) All we had to do was lift up one edge of the bed and slide them under.
It worked out great

We've never had a problem putting any of our suitcases under the bed. As the previous poster stated we just lifted up one side and slid the bags under.

The life jackets fit really well under the beds too. After you return from the safety drill just ditch them there for the cruise. Then your larger suitcases that don't fit under the beds may fit on the top shelf of your closet.

Oooooh---the life jackets. Now that's a great tip!!! And the jackets would be handy in case of an emergency....just roll over, grab and go.

Our large EMPTY suitcases fit under the bed with no problem.

There was ample room under our bed for a 8 year old and his 11 year old brother to try and hide from their parents....not that my sweet little angels would ever try to panic their mother....

Unfortunately, there are no "dust bunnies" under those beds, so I'm sure that they get cleaned out all of the time. Otherwise that's where you would find me on Saturday mornings (disembarkation day)
