Has there been any other information on the opening of this restaurant in epcot?

The only thing I heard was on the parking lot tram 2 weeks ago the tram passed by the construction tarp and said this is the construction site for our Guardians of the Galaxy section of the park and mentioned the coaster and space restaurant

I think I read a rumor that it was supposed to open in 2019, but nothing official from disney

Side note - just with the spelling in the thread title with the "e" at the end of "restaurant" makes me think they are going to make it an Italian place (I know not for real, probably just a type when the thread was created but it throws me when I see it)
