Space Costume

Where is this costume coming from? Did you get it if you entered the room contest yesterday? I tried to ask several people that I saw wearing in the game but nobody wanted to talk.

Rangebob, you can get the spacesuit from Star Traders. You can get there through the Emporium via the Stitch teleporter. Once there, double click the flying saucer creature to activate the "shop" feature and then you'll find the spacesuit under "specials". It is 2000 credits. It is my understanding that today is the last day you can purchase it, as well as the princess dress/tiara, rare Tomorrowland pins and Sorcerer's hat. If someone knows otherwise on the dates for these, please let me know.

you can buy it at Star Traders for 2000 credits you get there by going to the Emporium and taking a teleport.

2000 credits? That's got to be a typo. No way can anyone amass that many credits in VMK. You've either got to be really really good at the games, or you have to keep playing the games to get that much credit.

I've got to check that out for myself the next time I'm in VMK.

Nope, it IS 2000 credits. I agree - is is a lot! I started yesterday with 300-and-some credits. It took me a couple hours of playing fireworks to get enough for the spacesuit. I was in 1st several times, and got 2nd and 3rd most of the other, so the points add up quickly that way.

How many credits do you get in the fireworks game when you place in the high scores? I've only got as far as Adventureland, and I doubt I can place higher than that.

I have better luck at the Dance Party, Jungle Cruise, and Character games.

I want to clarify that the costumes and fun hats that were available this week end are no longer for sale. They were specials for Disneyland's 50th Birthday Celebration. I just don't want you to go crazy trying to find these in the shops
