Yes, the Tron items won from the Tomorrowland Arcade games can be traded. That's the only way many of us will ever be able to get these items!

He wants someone to win the Blast in Space game, get the prize, and give him the prize. He wants someone to give him the prize before it is untradeable (which I doubt will happen).
