Space 220 Lounge Reservations - when should we try?

I think we would prefer a lounge reservation, but would maybe go for the restaurant. We're staying at the Swan, so sometimes the 60+ works and sometimes it doesn't. I just was wondering if anyone had an idea of when we could probably get a reservation for the lounge (60+3?) or the restaurant.
