Does anyone have a list of spa services and if possible the costs? I am going to WDW with my sister this April and w both deserve a little pampering. I would love to reserve some spa services for the two of us but since I have a disability I have to get the service pre approved by my Dr. For example, I can't have any massages or heat treatments on my arm because of lymphedema.
I thought a facial or some kind of body wrap might be fun though.

I too have lymphedema, and have no problem with getting massages. I just let the therapist know and they use softer techniques on my affected arm. I did have this treatment once at SSR Spa:

Rosemary Spring - We have blended thyme, rosemary, tea tree, sage and other potent herbs to effectively restore the weary traveler to vibrant health. This highly therapeutic hydro-massage is designed to promote lymphatic drainage and assist the body in the elimination of toxins. (45 minutes) $115

It was very nice and light. You soak large tub and the therapist uses a wand like piece of equipment to gently apply forced water through the tiny holes in the wand.

I am sure you will enjoy whatever treatment you choose.

I have enjoyed both SSR and Grand Floridian spas in the past.

go to www.relaxedyet.com for spa info. I thought the spa at SSR was very nice for a facial.

Thank you for this link! We are thinking of a girl's weekend in January at SSR for a bit of pampering and this is exactly what I was looking for!

Definitely try that link or Google Niki Bryan Spa. I'd make your reservation as far in advance as possible, because once you're there you will have a hard time squeezing in. We're thinking about booking a couples massage when we go in May for our anniversary. I'm looking forward to it!
