The hydrotherapy bath has been discontinued. But it was wonderful!!

I recommend the Alpha Capsule and the foot massage.

there are several spa treatments listed. The spa is quite pricey so budget at least 150.00 if you want a treatment (remeber tip is not included in the price)

If you decide on the alpha capsule make sure that you are not the least bit claustrophobic. I am just a little bit but when I tried the alpha capsule I was really bad. It was quite embarassing because I could not even stay in for 1/2 the treatment and then had to go find the woman who put me in to tell her that there was no way I could do this. I thought maybe they would offer me time somewhere else or a partial refund since I did not even use 1/2 the time, but nothing. Oh well. I will say that if you are not claustrophobic it seems like a great treatment. I also did the ladies night which was the highlight of my crusie. There were only 2 of us that did it and we felt like royalty. Have a great time.

Vija --- I've cruised DCL three times and have NEVER been in the spa yet. Just enjoy what the ship has to offer. Since you are only on the 3 day --- I would save the spa time for at home and take all the time I have to enjoy the beautiful ship. Make a note not to forget to visit my two favorite places on the ship ----

The secret deck#7 AFT area --- just go as far AFT as you can on deck#7 and go thru the back door onto a wonderful big balcony area overlooking the AFT of the ship. It is so relaxing laying on the loungers and listening to the ships wake.

I also loved the promenade surrounding deck#4. Spending lazy days on those cushioned wooden loungers was heavenly! I often had a big dish of fresh fruit from scoops in hand at the time.

Last year at this time we were heading on 95 south..........
