Spa prices, and parking charges

So many questions, and so many helpful people. We first time cruisers appreciate it! Could anyone tell me where to find price lists for the following: Spa treatments/ massages, Parking charges at port, Alcoholic beverage prices, photo packages, and other incidentals (besides excursions and tipping) that I might be missing. Every vacation that I have ever been on I seem to under estimate all of these costs, and I'm trying to avoid that this time. Thanks!
