I've been there twice and like it very much. It's very nice, but has a comfortable atmosphere. The spa prices at Disney are higher than I'm used to, but there are 20% discounts for
DVC members for a few of the spa services (I've only had the discounted services). There's a 'mystical forest' massage -- don't know if this is the exact title ----- that is quite nice. Lovely scented oil, 1/2 the time is a back/leg/arm massage and then you turn over and have accupressure to the hand/feet while laying on your back.
I've also had a regular swedish massage and requested the same oil used in the forest massage (they charge extra for using scented oil).
Plan to come early and enjoy the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi in the dressing room. There are private lockers, robes, nice showers, plenty of towels, hairdryers, etc. Then you go up to the lounge area (the robes are pretty important here because there's both men and women in the waiting area), and you are called in for your spa service. I spent more time in the sauna and jacuzzi after the massage. There are a few loungers by the jacuzzi, so you could read or just rest there. There have been wonderful attendants in the dressing room, who kept is spotless and were very helpful.
Very comfortable massage tables and very nice relaxing music. One therapist was excellent and one was just OK.
If you're ever at WDW on a cold, rainy day, this is where I'd run. Hope you enjoy it!
