Spa at Saratoga

Is the spa at Saratoga back up and running? It's not even listed in the amenities on the SSR page.

I believe it and the salon at Wilderness Lodge are gone for good. Senses, the company that ran the spas on the cruise ships the Grand Flo and SSR ended their contract (they may have also ran the spa at Grand Cal, but I can't remember). Now, the spa at Grand Flo is being run by Disney I think (like Laniwai at Aulani), and the spa at Grand Cal is Tenaya Stone

Thanks Don. I believe Senses is still running the Grand Floridian. You have to call to get an appointment, which I tried today. I got a message that says to email or leave a message. I left a message, but didn't get a response back today. Maybe they'll call me back tomorrow. This page exists, but it might just be old.

I know that the facility at Grand Floridian has been re-named simply “The Grand Floridian Spa” whereas before it was specifically branded as “Senses, a Disney Spa”, but who knows.

I just booked a couples massage for June at the GF, all done through email.
Has anyone had experience with the spa recently? Just found it odd that they didn't ask for any information other than name of clients considering every other experience at Disney a CC is required to hold.
Regardless, still curious of reviews.

I got my little one a haircut at GF spa after Covid, but before Harmony re-opened. It seemed to be open with all the normal stuff. But it was smaller and less impressive than I thought it would be.

Booking was weird, def not through Disney.
