Hey guys,
I'm currently trianing for the disney half marathon in January. This will be my first "full scale" event, and I'm a bit nervous because I really want to finish.
My training diet here at home consists of a lot of soy milk.
My biggest fear is getting there on Friday Morning, and not being able to eat in a healthful way that day, and then having no energy for the half on Saturday.
Do you know if any place on property has soy milk? (preferably low fat?).
I may just buy the small boxes of the non-perishable variety, on the way in (though I'm not sure if a store like Publix would have it, because I know I live in a very soy based area of Los Angeles, so what we have here, often doesn't match what is out there in other parts of the country.) but it doesn't taste as good as the cold stuff.
Anyone know?
Many thanks in advance!
