Was anyone able to buy soy milk or lactose free milk
at any of the resorts, specifically POR, or at any of the
parks? Needed for a 1 1/2 yr old.

I've never seen any, and with a friend whost two children are allergic to milk, I always seem to look for her, even though she isn't there. I can tell you that there won't be ANY in the parks, and most likely none in any of the resort gift shops. I'd suggest going to one of the many close grocery stores and buying your own. You can rent a fridge for $10 per day to keep it cold and then just bring it with you into the parks in an insulated bag to keep it cold and fresh. We brought those playtex insulated sippie cups for DS milk, and in the cold pack, they stayed VERY cold and fresh!!!

No - my dd drinks only soy and we stop at the grocery store for it. She loves westsoy lunchbox drinks and they come packaged like "juice boxes" very convenient for travel and don't have to be kept cold.

You can get soy formula (baby formula) at the hotel sundries shops but its VERY expensive.

If your driving just stop outside WDW property and do some grocery shopping, we also get a styrafoam cooler to save the daily fridge rental rate of $10.60!

If your not renting then consider hiring a town car service rather than using the Mears shuttle. For not much more than Mears (depending on how many in your party) you can get door to door service with a complimentary 1/2 grocery stop.

Have fun

My girls are lactose intolerent, also. They have the lacto free ice cream at the bigger resturants, but ask for it as soon as you get there. It is really- really frozen and it took awhile before they were able to scoop it out. I was told to give a 24hr. notice and they can have the milk available also.

My DD has a total milk allergy, not just lactose intollerant can't have any dairy at all including cheeses, whey it is a real problem, but last time we stayed Poly Conceirge, and I tell you they got her soy milk sorbet, and chef Dick personally made every meal for her to guarantee milk free. But in 2001 in a regular room we had to go off site to a grocery store to get her soy milk and most of her food.
