Has anyone else been to the World recently with a Soy allergy? We are only spending two days in October - one at MK & one at Epcot - and I've yet to find a current example of a dish from their Allergen menu online. Two years ago, I was eating Gluten Free (we thought it was the problem at the time) and remember seeing one or zero Soy Free options depending on the eatery. The zero option places are why I'm so nervous about wasting time during such a short trip.
We have a lunch reservation at Garden Grill and will be staying at All Star Movies. If anyone on the DISboards is eating in these parks between now and Halloween, or were there this past year, and could share their findings, my stomach and I would really appreciate it!

We bought safe breakfast items from the grocery store and ate in our room in the morning, generally stuck with whole foods or things that had labels on them (hence the salads, with our own dressing) for lunch, and then she ate like a queen for dinner.
We were able to find a few safe CS dishes online by Googling vegan soy free, but you have to be careful to still check the ingredient binder at the CS restaurants because suppliers can change fairly frequently.
