You should not have to eat there to use your voucher unless it specifically says so on the voucher.

the voucher we wer given last year was filled at the gift store thats actually across from the restaurant, so we didnt have to go in either. it was a small keychain that they kept in a drawer behind the register, not even one they sell to the public.

True, maybe .99. I got it once and left it in the room at the end of the trip. I went back about a year or so later to see if they had changed the souvineer, but nope same old cheap key chain. I gave that one to a kid on the bus back to the resort that night. He liked it though. I don't even bother going by to pick it up anymore.
