Souvenir Moet Glass

So I just read a blog and wanted to check if the comment on it was correct. When I last sailed (2017) I was told that the souvenir white Moet champagne glass you could only get if you ordered a bottle of Moet Ice on the cruise ship. 1. Are you able to order Moet Ice by the glass and 2 do you get the moet glass for free?

You can get it by the glass. I got a souvenir glass, but it wasn't glass, it was white plastic. I didn't keep it.

I bought a glass of Moet on embarkation day on the pool deck and I also got the plastic white souvenir glass.
I brought it home, need to get another one in Sept. to have a set, they're good for patio drinks.

Thanks. Its the plastic glass I was looking at yes. I sailed about a week after they started with the champagne cart thing so they might have got it wrong when they claimed I had to buy the entire bottle to get one. Will definitely be investing in one

I asked on my last cruise (May on the Fantasy) about the White Plastic Glass. I asked if it was a souvenir and was it an extra charge. The bartender told me there were NOT souvenir glasses, just glasses the drinks were served in. I have had the Moet Ice at the Cove before and it was a good drink but I really didn't feel it was worth the $15 price tag; But I wanted the glass so I was willing to order one so I could get it, but after the bartenders comment I moved on and got something else to drink.

I have found that they are not really forthcoming with letting you know that a glass is not included - you would think they would be since I am sure they lose a lot of the specialty glasses that are really not included.

On the Wonder in February I got a pineapple Ciroc drink that was in a plastic pineapple container and only found out after I was home (a friend went on a later DCL cruise and got it while at the Quiet Cove pool and a server took the empty container and told her it was not to keep) that the pineapple cup was not a souvenir. Oops! (But then again, if they are only telling people who ask that it is not included, they have to expect that some are going to go home!)

We have two from a special drink offer while on Castaway Cay. We have not seen them on other cruises but honestly we were not looking for them either. DCL may not offer them as part of a special drink offer that often.
