The other cruise lines we've been on always had souvenir glasses that your drink would be served in. They alway were alittle more $$ but we always got them. Just wondering if DCL has any souvenir drink glasses? I just can't wait to find out once we are on board the Wonder in a week. Thanks

My DH bought a souvenir glass beer mug on the Wonder and got a discount on his brews. :drinking1 Some of the special drinks of the day come in souvenir plastic cups. I brought my Bahama Mama glass home.

I had a foo foo drink on pirate nite pirate: served in a plastic coconut--it was about $5 or $6 more to have your drink in it though--but it is sitting on my desk at work and makes me think of our trip everyday!!!

On the first day - I got a Bahama Mama' in a DCL Souvenir Glass - Both DH and I - and we loved it - it cost a few extra $$'s but worth it - so yes - and I have seen them for sale on Ebay also...

I got a few different glasses/cups. During the entire cruise, they serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic daquiri's in hurricane glasses of varying colors, which u can keep. Also my daughter bought a carved coconut drink that is gorgeous @ Castaway Cay. But be careful....we ordered a drink for my DH..figuring it was the carved coconut...it wasn't. It was a cooler type mug instead. It was nice but it wasn't the one my DD wanted, so we ended up ordering another for $13. Be sure to ask for what cup/glass u want before u get ur drink. Have fun!!!! :goodvibes

Here are some pictures of the DCL souvenir glasses:

The plastic ones come in different colors, as you can see in this picture:

This is the real coconut that I was served my Konk Kooler in, on Castaway Cay. LOL They also had smaller plastic "coconuts" that they used too.

Great photos! They make me thirsty for a Bahama Mama on the Wonder in Quiet Cove!

:drinking1 Just another reason why I visit these boards!! Now I have something else to look forward too. Never thought of the souvvie glasses. They will be so fun to have. Great pictures, thanks for posting!! :cool1:

Make sure you see the souvenir glass before buying it. In Feb 2003 we were on the Wonder and opted for some champagne "in a souvenir glass". Imagine our surprise when it was a cheap plastic champagne flute imprinted with the previous 4th of July date!
