Souvenier Sippers

I have to ask - Souvenier Sippers are listed on just about every quick service menu at DL and DCA. What are they like? Are they all the same or are their different ones depending on which land you are in?

I am a sucker for a collector cup.

I don't think you would get different sippers at each location. I'm guessing there's one set at DL and a different set at DCA.

I got these in DCA about 2 years ago.

OMG! My DD3 is in love with Buzz and I think she would just go crazy for one of those cups! I wonder if they still have them. I know all ready I'm bringing her home a Buzz souvie. (Kids aren't going with me). That was the only thing she asked for as a prize for potty training. I know TMI!

We only saw Buzz and a less cool looking Tinkerbell one on our trip Sun/Mon to the parks this week.

We got Buzz at Tomorrowland Terrace in Disneyland, and we got Woody at Cocina Cucamonga at DCA.

There's also a HSM one with a basketball on the top (not sure who this is supposed to appeal to, LOL).

There's also one w/ the Genie on it. It's funny bc it's a mini bobblehead.
The one w/ Tink is just a big sticker and is usually just for the slushies.
I can't stand seeing the HSM ones probably bc I hate HSM w/ a passion.

Thanks! I just showed my DD the picture and of course she asked if she could have it. And then other DD6 said she wanted one too. So if I get them I know they won't be disappointed.

By the way, in case opinions are wanted...if I had it to do again, I would have saved the money we wasted on the cups, and just bought DS toys instead. They are top heavy, especially Buzz, you don't get free or discounted refills, and our Buzz captures water and leaks for an hour. I'm sure he has mildew in him, too.

If DS plays with the Woody top too much, I'm sure it's going to break.

To us it was a waste of money and a waste of going-home suitcase space. I'd just get a toy instead.

But that's just my opinion.

I think woody and buzz will find a pleasant home here with me.

I'm glad you posted this because last night (after looking up the price of the cups on DL menus) I was trying to talk myself into spending all that money on a special cup...and it was a losing battle but I was feeling guilty. Now I am guilt-free and definitely skipping the cups!

You can check the menus but I think they were $7.99. Maybe $5.99? I don't remember but that is because I was not willing to spend the money on them. I am with Bumbershoot - a toy, shirt, anything better than the cup.

Yes, an adult buying for an adult can make whatever choice the adult wants to make. I'm fairly certain the top-heavy nature of them will NOT cause you to spill whatever's in them multiple times, and even if you do spill, I'm certain that YOU will clean it up, rather than calling a parent to clean it up.

Just bought Buzz cup for $7.99. Note that the cup itself is pretty small--maybe 12 oz.

I'm fairly certain the top-heavy nature of them will NOT cause you to spill whatever's in them multiple times, and even if you do spill, I'm certain that YOU will clean it up, rather than calling a parent to clean it up.

My mom & dad are coming with us, I think that I will call them and get them to clean up a spill I make. I wonder how well that will go over
