I know they do boarding passes A, B and C- do they have a set number of A's that they do online and a set number of A's that they do at the airport- what I am asking is they don't give all their A's out online correct? Ex. if 50 people check in online- they don't give all 50 A's they might only give 15, and then also have another 15 A's for the airport check in-

I think it is split between online and at the airport. Not sure how it is divided though.

I think they dole them out in order and it does not matter how they were obtained. Last flight I was on recently, the A line was full and the B line was only about half full. There were no C's. We got our A's online about 10 hours before the flight and it was an evening flight.
