Anyone know when they 'may' be extending their schedule into Jan/Feb? Do you remember when they did their last extension? Might give me an idea of when they might release the next one.

Thanks:thumbsup2

May 6th for Southwest and Airtran:thumbsup2

Blah.. I misread your question. That will only go until the third week in December. Which is a puzzle for me too because I can book my flight there but will have to wait for the next release for the flight home. Sorry.

Wow. They are so far behind everyone else, it's frustrating!!!!

Wishing they would put their schedule out further

On Southwest website it says it will release on May 6th for openings until Jan 5 th.

Awesome:goodvibes. I am almost certain that has changed recently because I was sure I looked when I booked our room for December and I remember thinking that it was going to stink to book one leg and wait for the other to open.

Agreed. Jetblue has been open for awhile but is outrageously expensive. We can also get Delta or United out of Buff and the prices aren't too bad but I am hesitant to book with one of them in case Southwest comes in way cheaper.

It did change recently. It was only supposed to open up til Dec 19th. I was looking for Dec 23 until Jan 2nd. So I was happy with the change.

last year I booked our January 25th 2013 Southwest flight on July 9th 2012 the day they opened the schedule up! I anticipate it being around the same time this year.
