We just returned from a wonderful vacation at Disney. We always fly Southwest and have never had a problem with them. On the flight home my golf clubs went missing and SW couldn't find them anywhere. I understand that missing luggage is not a big deal and we were glad that they lost the clubs on the way home instead of on the way there! To make a long story short, we received excellent customer service and when the clubs were found we drove back to the airport to pick them up. For our inconvenicne SW gave us some vouchers for future travel (back to Disney!). I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with SW vouchers. How do they work? Thanks for your advice!
