Southwest Visa Rapid Rewards

I know that it has been asked before, but I am asking again, for those of you that applied for and were accepted for the SW Visa for the bonus rapid rewards, how long did it take after the first purchase for the points to show on your account? I applied for the card, made my first purchae, got the bill, including the annual fee, paid it in full and now the points are NOT showing up on my account. I called SW and they said it is up to CitiBank to transfer the points, and that if they do not show up by my next billing clycle to call CitiBank. I would like to book a flight in early December to Orlando, but if the points are not there, I am not going to book anything.
Any responses will be appreciated.

I think it depends on when your billing cycle ends.

My mother and I both received the card on the same day and made our purchase within a day of each other. My points showed up about 2 weeks after my purchase but my mom's points took around 6 weeks to show up.

My billing cycle closed a couple of days after my purchase and her's closed a couple of weeks after her purchase.

OT but did southwest start using Citibank for their rewards cards? Mine is through Chase
