Southwest- Use points to change flight??

We bought our SW tickets with cash, but since have signed up for the SW credit card and have been earning points. If I want to change flights to a more expensive flight, does anyone know if I can do that using points? I don't see a way to do it on the website, but that might be because I don't have enough points yet.
