Southwest TTF - Gone?

We had Southwest TTF under two confirmation numbers, A and B. There were two amounts under each confirmation number - A1, A2, B1 and B2. A1 and B1 had an expiration date of 1/21/2011 and B1 and B2 had an expiration date of 3/31/2011. I just made a new reservation and wanted to use the TTF. When I entered the confirmation numbers on the Southwest website where you apply TTF, I was not able to use all four amounts. I was only able to use three- A1, A2 and B1 - and put the balance on a credit card. What happens to the remaining amount in B2? Is it now lost? I am not able to find it when I enter the confirmation number, B, on the Southwest website where you should be able to view TTF. Help!

Nevermind, I found them. I had to use my son's name, not my husband's.

1. Preboard (Wheelchair, guests needing extra time)
2. Business Select (A1 - A15)
3. A16 - A30 ******This is typically "A" Listers and EBC******
4. A31 - A60
5. Parents with small children (Under 4)
6. B1 - B30
7. B31 - B60
8. C1 - C30
9. C31 - ??

Glad you found you extra TTF. 3 is the limit per reservation. I've ran into this in the past. Just split your reservation. I put 2 on 1 reservation and 2 on the other just to use the funds.

It's is a bit of a pain when doing check-in trying to get everyone boarding numbers together but it's always worked out.

We had an issue with booking last year. Fil thought it would be great to buy gift cards througout the year for a big trip. when i went to book airfare. it would only let me use 3 forms of payment per order. so i had to break 8 of us up into 3 or 4 different reservatins. Took a little work but i got it all squred away.Next time ill just buy bigger gift cards.lol
