I rebooked our SW flight to Orlando when the price went down $60. Now DH has a $60 balance in his travel funds. ( even though I purchased with my cc).I purchased our tickets seperately, mine with points, his with my cc. Now, can I use the travel funds for a future flight for someone else or does it have to be DH? These funds expire 3/4/14. Anyway I can push that out to use these funds for DDs spring break trip in mid March of 2014? Or maybe, can I use the funds to purchase points to be deposited into my account? Just trying to figure out a way to not let these funds go to waste.:confused3

They can only be used for a ticket for him. They can be extended for a $100 fee, but that would not make sense for $60.

The funds can only be use for purchase of a ticket in his name and you are not able to purchase points with the funds.

Thank you. Looks like we may have to plan another long weekend. :)
