Does Southwest ever release more dates for certain times?

I found the perfect airfare ($146 rt) to Orlando, in May and planned a short trip. We also have one award to use, so I was so excited. Now, I just found out my son will be having statewide 3rd grade testing during the time we were going to go. Unless we go in April, we go again until the first week of June, which I wanted to avoid. But, I can't find a good deal in April at all. I realize it is Easter, but I am looking two weeks after that. Does Southwest ever release more flight times? Do I have any hope of getting a good deal?

It is pretty much: "what you see is what you get". They generally only sell a certain % of seats at a "bargain" price. Keep checking, sometimes good things happen.
