SW is releasing dates past 10/31 on Monday, and I'm wondering when the flights are typically available for booking? Midnight online, or not until morning? Thanks!

Waiting myself, but have read about six am eastern. Fingers crossed for great prices on Monday!

When they released the present dates on March 3/14.. they came up for booking at about 6:10am Eastern. I was up at 5:45am & refreshing the page right at 6am - I'd almost given up when the booking went live at 6:10ish. ;)

Ditto...did the same thing.

Are prices usually the cheapest when first released? I am needing right after Christmas - Saturday to Saturday.

Thanks!

I was wondering the same thing about the fares. Hopefully they'll be great and worth staying up for, (I am a night owl, so that works for me, lol). If not so great, I guess I'll wait and hope for the anniversary sale.

Anyone know, if in the past were the release date fares comparable to the anniversary sale prices?

When the last release happened in March the flights I wanted were $123 each way at 6:10am.. by the time I'd filled in our info - they'd jumped to $168 each way. 4 hours later they were $234 each way and stayed there til the 24 hour mark, at which time the return leg became unavailable! Then went to sold out a few days after that.

I wanted specific flights in order to maximize our time at WDW.. early morning non stop down & late evening non stop return. After booking on another airline to get what I wanted.. a random check about 6 weeks after the opening date showed the flights I had wanted were back & well over $300 each way at this point. I haven't checked since...

Oh, wow! That barely gives you time to even make a decision, lol! Dang! Well, I will be all signed in and ready to go so hopefully it will go smoothly with some good prices! Did it hold your price you first clicked while you entered your info or did it go up in that you had to pay the 168? Ah, I'm starting to get a little nervous, lol! I need black friday with a return 9 days later.

Which page did you refresh on to be most efficient?

How do we know when it's been extended? When the little calendar on the search box goes out to January 4th? Will that be my only sign?

How are you seeing the new dates? I can't go past October yet?

Just got our Nov. flights! I was logged in and entering my info. the second it went live a bit after 6am. By the time I clicked "purchase" our return flight was unavailable at the price I had put them in my cart at. They had gone up about $40 each p/p. So I ended up booking a later return flight that night to keep the cost down :( Was hoping not to do that since the kids have school the next day. Then just to see, I checked the flight that I had just booked at the later time and that also had gone up by $40, so I must have gotten that one just in time! Regardless, just wanted to give you a heads up that simply having the flights in your cart does not guarantee that price. Even if you're in the process of entering your flight info… Now I know

It opened up for me at 5:08 a.m. I booked our two trips from Chicago Mdw to Mco on black friday with points, and then had just enough to buy one more for the 7th, so bought one ticket home so far. The prices haven't changed at all so far, with the lowest price at $142 or 8530 pts. That really stinks when the price changes when you have them already in your cart to purchase, seems wrong as you need a few min at least to get the purchase purchased!

I'm hoping that when the anniversary sale comes along, the price will go down a bit and I should have enough points then to buy one more ticket home, also. And hopefully I'll get some points back at that time, too, if prices go down!
