Southwest Price Decrease?

Can someone tell me what to do? If anything?

I just got an email from Southwest with special fares and the tickets I bought a couple weeks ago are cheaper! Isn't there a way for me to get credits back?

I've never done this so any advice is appreciated.

If you are keeping the same flights, you can change and receive Ticketless Travel Funds (TTF) for future travel. Some Dis'ers have reported receiving a credit back on their credit card, but technically, you can only get TTF.

If you want to make the change

and click on "change air reservation". You are essentially cancelling and rebooking, but with this method, you keep the same confirmation number. Makes it easier to keep track.

Thanks so much. Mine changed from Discount to Internet fare so I couldn't get the actual money back (too bad), but I got $90 back and I haven't booked our return flight tickets so I can apply that towards them. I guess it will work out.
