Southwest or Jet blue sales for fall?

We are also going to Disney Sept and Dec. I booked our tickets on Jet Blue and then the price dropped and we got $100 credit. We got flying down on the 5th for $89 and coming home on the 12th was $104.

I am kicking myself for not booking our flight 2 weeks ago, the price from Portland was $119 each way (nonstop), and yesterday I checked and it has jumped to $169!!! I can't find anything cheaper out of Logan either.

I'm hoping the price will go down again! Any chance of that happening?

I know once my Mom had a price go down on JB and got a flight credit. Not sure if that is going to happen out of Boston anymore... they used to have competition from Delta. Delta is now down to 2 non-stops a day (one early AM and one after dinner-time). I remember when Delta had 3 flights just in the evening after 5pm! There are no other non-stop flights other than JB and Delta.

Prices are high this year from/to Seattle.

I booked Air Tran in 2008 each way and booked to Orlando in 2009, Southwest back to Seattle. This year it was cheaper to go with Delta non-stop. Air Tran got rid of their later flights and the latest leaves early afternoon to Orlando.

Just checked my Delta flight and the price has almost doubled. Glad I didn't wait. AirTran's price increased a bit and I know it's the weekend and they could go down. So happy I didn't wait for my TA to come back from vacation!

Yes we are flying out of Logan. The flights are always going up and down. I booked at the higher price because I like to sit in the front of the plane and wanted to guarantee my seat. I then kept checking and when they dropped I got the credit to use on our next flight.

Same for us too out of Dulles, the prices go up and down, however, often there is only limited seats left when the prices start dropping. I bought for our return flight on May 7th for $94 each and was surprised when it dropped to $59 a few days later. Sitting on a credit now of $210!! Will use for our Nov 12 return flight when the next release happens.
