Does anyone know when Southwest Airlines and/or Jet Blue rates will come out for the fall? I believe Southwest is booking now through early August. TIA.

From SW's website:Southwest is now booking thru October 30, now when will they book December?
By booking Southwest our family will save the $25/person bag fee each way. There are 4 of us, so we'd be saving $200! Consider that when booking.
Darn! Checked Southwest Flights yesterday and they were $88.00 out of BWI. Of course, I didn't book right away and now they're $109.00.Now I don't know if I should I book them now or wait and see if they drop again. Any suggestions?

I am shocked at Southwest's prices to MCO out of Providence, Manchester and Hartford. Nothing under $139 plus tax each way. I even looked at some last minute flights over the next few weeks (and months) and there is nothing for the entire year under $139, except out of Boston- but you have to change planes and the rates are practically the same as a direct flight on Jet Blue.
About 2 weeks ago I booked two n/s tickets on Jet Blue out of Boston for Sept, was $219 per person with taxes, one free bag and I get a seat assignment. As soon as Southwest released the flights I ran the numbers to see how I did... it was $299, two free bags, but of course no seat assignment. I was planning on Southwest for my Dec flight, but I am now watching for Jet Blue to release the Dec dates. I was looking forward to not having to pay for another pair of tickets until June, but I guess that won't be the case if I can get $220 or lower!
